Dialysis Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dialysis Clinic Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to patients with renal conditions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the clinic's operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff engagement.
- Manage the clinic's budget, ensuring effective financial management and cost control.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care.
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
