About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at The North Face in Gloucester Quays. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a memorable shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, developing a thorough knowledge of products, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Keep up to date with current trends and the brand's place within the market
  • Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room
