Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Moss. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, and providing individual bespoke advice to customers. You will also be responsible for striving for high productivity, seizing opportunities to maximise sales and services goals, and contributing significantly to our business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, and providing individual bespoke advice to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Have strong product knowledge for all our services, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and be able to proactively use this to tailor the customer experience.
  • Store Performance: Be aware of external opportunities that could improve store performance and provide the best customer experience, improving service based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
  • Stockroom and Back Area Housekeeping: Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to all stock & cash control procedures to minimise cash loss and stock loss.
  • Appointment Process: Follow the Appointment process by utilising the appointed platform, ensuring that all customers are contacted prior to their visit and status information is recorded accurately.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Technical Skills: Basic Product Knowledge involves understanding the features, benefits, and products available in the store. POS Systems encompasses familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Reflects the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation. Embraces continuous self-improvement, resilience, and efficient time management as core personal attributes, driven by passion for the brand. Has outstanding communication abilities, to inspire, guide, and foster meaningful relationships, with colleagues & customers, effectively elevating the brand's presence.
