We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Creative team at Costello Medical. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design materials for our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging content, including infographics, posters, event materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients
- Collaborating with creative colleagues and project managers to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach to be taken
- Effective communication, clearly conveying project requirements to project teams and providing input on any technical queries
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients

Requirements:
- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio
- Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
- Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud
- A proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts
- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box
- Confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external clients
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, a high level of productivity, and the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines
- An ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritising tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and previous experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a discretionary profit share bonus, 25 days' annual leave, and flexible working hours.
