We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead our bar and lounge team. As the Bar and Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and lounge, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar and lounge team to deliver high-quality service and achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in hospitality management
