About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Governance team within our Women's and Children's Care Group as a Risk and Governance Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective governance, risk, and assurance strategies across the Care Group.
  • Provide direct support to the Care Group with the coordination, implementation, and delivery of governance, risk, and assurance initiatives.
  • Work towards our Clinical Quality Agenda with a focus on risk and clinical effectiveness.
  • Lead on the development of sustainable processes for the management of patient safety within the Care Group, including changes to practice, standard operating procedures, and services.
