A dynamic and forward-thinking company in Gillingham is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, coordinating property viewings, and effectively marketing properties to attract potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct canvassing activities to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate property viewings and ensure a smooth experience for clients
- Develop skills in marketing properties to attract potential tenants
- Match prospective tenants with suitable properties and arrange viewings accordingly
- Maintain regular contact with tenants, landlords, and other relevant parties
- Guide applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement to legal completion
- Contribute to the daily operations of the branch
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a day off in lieu (5 days per week)
Salary: £20,000 plus commission to £25,000 per annum (OTE), with basic salary to be discussed
Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
