Customer Liaison Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. As the 'Voice and Face' of our business, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and issues, supporting staff, and maintaining effective communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support staff in their interactions with customers, clients, and the wider community, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep site teams informed and engaged.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Availability to start ASAP.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £30,000 PA.
  • Opportunity to work with a well-established social housing contractor.
  • Temporary to permanent contract with a three-month probationary period.
  • Weekly pay every Friday.
