We are seeking experienced support staff to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care, supporting children and young adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, being a role model, and achieving a successful home environment for the children in your care, in line with local authority care plans.

Our agency offers flexible working hours, enhanced rates of pay, free training, and a range of benefits, including a refer a friend scheme and expenses paid (client depending).

Requirements:

- 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)

- Must be able to drive and have a valid license
