Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking dedicated and reliable drivers to join their team as self-employed delivery drivers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable client in the Inverness area, ensuring timely and safe parcel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels promptly and in excellent condition across Inverness.
  • Navigate through busy streets to multiple locations efficiently.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: £109.08 per 9-hour shift (+VAT if registered)
  • Benefits: Van, fuel, and insurance provided at no cost.
  • Training: Fully paid training day.
  • Full-Time Hours: Includes weekend work (availability on occasional Saturdays and/or Sundays is a must).
  • Payment: Weekly pay.
  • Convenience: Pre-sorted routes and parcels-just load and go

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to and from the site (company vehicles must be left onsite overnight).
  • Must be 19+ (insurance purposes).
  • Full manual or automatic driving license (held for at least 1 year, with no more than 6 penalty points).
  • Pass a DBS check and drugs/alcohol test (covered by the company).
  • Willingness to work weekends (occasional Saturdays and/or Sundays).
  • Comfortable with a self-employed status.
  • Work a minimum of 1 shift per week, maximum 6 per week.
