Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Shooting Star Children's Hospices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a shop, including knowledge of retail and health and safety legislation, as well as administrative and cash handling experience.

About the Role
  • Assist in managing a shop, including knowledge of retail and health and safety legislation
  • Administrative and cash handling experience
  • Ability to deal with customers and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using IT and EPOS reporting
