Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team in providing high-quality care to patients in the ambulatory setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the needs of patients on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and protocols within the clinical area.
- Participate in education and research activities to improve patient outcomes.
- 1st level Registered Paediatric Nurse.
- Mentorship programme or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Further relevant post-registration professional studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
