Role Overview
As an Academic Support Facilitator, you will collaborate closely with our Mathematics department, engaging full-time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with students who may require diverse support services. This role may involve working individually with students, in small groups, or assisting in a full classroom setting. This position operates on a term-time basis, encompassing 38 weeks of the academic year.
Your primary responsibility will be to empower students to access the curriculum to the fullest extent. To facilitate this, you will support the implementation of a structured learning assistance program. This initiative will enable students to engage in all facets of college life, guiding them towards their desired achievements and learning objectives.
