Job Title: Precision Assembler

Role Summary:

  • Prepare and manage assembly work and documentation
  • Assemble and install equipment and tools
  • Perform quality control and test requirements
  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble during repair and maintenance processes

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assemblies as per technical drawings, instructions, and work orders
  • Understand and operate inspection equipment and tools
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality of parts prior to assembly
  • Follow established safety procedures and protocols
  • Utilize precision measuring tools and hand tools to ensure accuracy
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems efficiently
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance processes and productivity
  • Develop a customer-centric mindset and provide excellent service
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of automation control systems and electrical components
  • Background as a mechanic for rotating machines or mechanical devices
  • General certificate of education or vocational training in a relevant field
  • High School Diploma / GED and 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Read and interpret technical documents and manuals
  • Write clear and concise reports and communicate effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
