Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to enhance our commercial operations.
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working arrangements available, offering a competitive salary range.
The primary objective of this role is to oversee, organize, and execute the construction and commercial tasks associated with a specific project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and the public on-site.
- Develop and maintain the construction phase plan throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate tender preliminaries against actual project needs and conduct monthly reviews.
- Create Procurement Schedules and collaborate with the Site Manager on Integrated Resource Scheduling.
- Gather, organize, and disseminate all necessary contractual documentation.
- Formulate the Site Traffic Management Plan.
- Prepare the Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP).
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Coordinate with all central support services.
- Maintain overall oversight of site activities and daily operations.
- Supervise and guide other members of the project team.
- Demonstrated history of successful project delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
- Ability to accurately interpret project schedules, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Understanding of build programs and effective communication of these to stakeholders.
- Experience in managing supply chains, direct staff, and consultants.
- Proactive engagement with clients and supply chain partners.
- Minimum relevant qualification at level 4 (HNC/NVQ4 or equivalent).
- Possession of a valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Valid driving license.
