Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
* Manage project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership team.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Proven experience managing construction projects from conception to completion.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
