Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a caseload of insurance reinstatement projects, mainly residential properties with average repair project value at £10k-£30k. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, programming, profit, and final accounts on each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Programming: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate and schedule resources, including direct trades and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring profitability and minimizing delays.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards and Health & Safety regulations are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the insurance reinstatement industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
