About the Role

Adecco is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team in the southern region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing lubrication services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow a pre-defined lubrication schedule and perform lubrication activities across multiple sites.
  • Install and replenish automatic lubricators to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage lubricant storeroom stock and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer of lubrication techniques and methodologies to enhance our clients' lubrication regimes.
  • Perform first-line maintenance activities, assessing, documenting, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Work in outside conditions, delivering manually demanding tasks, and be prepared to travel with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in tribology and lubrication knowledge.
  • Experience working in a mechanical environment, with exposure to rotating equipment and assets.
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental work practices.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
