Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Clinique. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be passionate about beauty and committed to providing personalized service to our customers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their skin and makeup goals, and recommend custom-fit routines to meet their needs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will allow you to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
- Recommend and sell Clinique products to meet our clients' skin and makeup needs
- Work closely with our clients to understand their goals and preferences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:
- Previous retail industry/customer services experience
- A desire to understand our clients' skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
