We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of our services
* Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality of our services
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address any operational issues
* Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
