Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Global Technology Solutions to join our team at Brambles Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of global technology initiatives, projects, and programs that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Global Technology Initiatives: Develop and execute global technology strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage IT Resources: Oversee the allocation of IT resources to support the delivery of our Functional I&T Project & Programme Portfolio, collaborating with TS teams providing support services.
  • Advocate Compliance: Ensure compliance with I&T Principles, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements within our functions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the CFO, CIO, and stakeholders to establish and enforce governance processes, technology controls, and risk management practices in line with our Global Operating Model.
  • Lead I&T Planning and Execution: Drive the execution of functions I&T initiatives, projects, and programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years' experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects.
  • Languages: English
  • Education: Bachelors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bi-modal Delivery Experience: Experience working within a bi-modal delivery environment (i.e., both waterfall and agile methodologies).
  • Multi-cultural Experience: Experience in diverse multi-cultural, matrix corporate cultures.
