Key Responsibilities

  • Address CHP service inquiries, breakdowns, and related issues.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
  • Travel to various sites within the assigned region.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Keep precise records using our specialized management system.
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Participate in the regional on-call schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Experience with Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial gas systems.
  • Capability to perform and complete risk assessments.
  • Experience in a mobile engineering capacity is a plus.
  • Adeptness in thriving within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Familiarity with generators is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse customer base across various sectors.
