Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive experience in acoustics, noise, and vibration, with a focus on environmental acoustics to drive business development.
  • Provide technical and project leadership, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Demonstrate effective project and personnel management skills.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including budgeting, client proposals, scheduling, and report generation.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead project teams to meet deliverable deadlines and support team development through performance evaluations and personal growth plans.
  • Offer expert guidance in planning inquiries and appeals.
