About the Role

This is a multi-site sales leadership opportunity with HBD Partners, a leading hotel management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across two corporate hotels in the UK, with a combined 480 bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agents, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct site visits and client entertainment as required, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Produce sales activity reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales management, with a track record of successful business development and account management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual, with a results-oriented approach to sales and business development.

Package

Circa £42,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
