Role Overview:
As a Retail Team Leader, you will take charge of the store in the absence of management. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the team operates efficiently, driving sales, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Execute tasks assigned by the Store Manager

  • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
