We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our UK General Counsel and the Legal Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the GC and the legal team, including planning and diarising reminders and deadlines for board and committee papers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the GC and the legal team, including managing invoices and expenses, tracking legal matters/reports, and assisting with the execution of documents.
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with governance tasks, including the preparation of board packs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, committee members, and external counsel.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing high-quality support to senior leaders.
- Excellent administrative, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
