About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse / Sales Advisor – Construction Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, maintaining stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on our range of construction products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including main contractors, sub-contractors, and specialist contractors
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its products
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
