Job Summary

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Theatres 6-10, specialising in Plastics, Maxilla Facial, ENT, Ophthalmology and Paediatric Surgery.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract, offering a unique opportunity to develop and maintain your personal and professional development.

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic candidates with the ability to work well within a challenging environment, and who can deliver high quality patient care from both an Anaesthetic and Scrub skill set.

Main Responsibilities

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be expected to:

  • Work collaboratively within a specialised theatre team and contribute towards the smooth and effective running of Theatre lists.
  • Rotate through the varying specialities within the department.
  • Develop and maintain your personal and professional development.

  • NMC Registration/HPCA Registration.
  • Previous theatre experience an advantage.
