B2B Sourcing Manager Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen with Line Up Aviation for a B2B Sourcing Manager on a permanent basis. The role of the B2B sourcing manager will be to set up a B2B desk, managing the sales and sourcing of non-stock SKUs to facilitate a sourcing led service and multiply revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their B2B product needs.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase B2B product sales and revenue.
  3. Source and procure B2B products from vendors, negotiating the best possible rates.
  4. Manage the quoting and sale of B2B products, ensuring timely responses to customers.
  5. Set up a robust service mechanism to support B2B product sales and sourcing.
  6. Liaise with different teams, including sales, procurement, and quality, to ensure seamless B2B product delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced knowledge of products and chemicals used in the aviation industry (10+ years).
  2. Data analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  4. Ability to work in a highly dynamic and changing work environment.
  5. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to offer out-of-the-box solutions.
  6. Advanced planning and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  7. Experience of managing teams to drive business growth.
  8. Degree holder (advantage).
  9. Candidates must hold the rights to live and work in the UK.
