Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care and hold RGN or RMN qualifications, providing exceptional care for their residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in a respectful and professional manner
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Administering medication and following proper medication management protocols
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents' records
  • Supporting and guiding care staff to deliver person-centered care and maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
  • Valid RGN or RMN qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in elderly care within a nursing home setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required
  • Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety regulations, and CQC standards
