About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Birmingham Central Gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our colleagues to deliver high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Lead and motivate our team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct tours and sales presentations to prospective members, highlighting the benefits of our unique offering.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth.
