About the Role

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? Do you have a nurturing and supportive approach to childcare? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Calvington House, a 3-bedded home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality residential care to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with our young people, promoting their emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans and support our young people's educational and recreational activities.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to industry regulations and Esland's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
