Job Title: Cashier/Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier/Assessor to join our team at FAST CREDIT LTD. The ideal candidate will possess native-level Tamil language skills and have a strong background in pawnbroking and precious metals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Jewelry Sales and Assessment: Accurately assess the value of gold and precious metals, and handle jewelry sales, exchanges, and consumer credit.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Security and Appearance: Implement company policies and maintain high standards of security, appearance, and hygiene.
  • Clerical Procedures: Understand and apply company clerical procedures and service methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Tamil Language Proficiency: Native-level Tamil proficiency is essential.
  • English Language Skills: Fluent English language skills are required.
  • Mathematics and Customer Service: Minimum A-levels in mathematics and excellent customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
  • Pawnbroking Experience: Experience in pawnbroking and precious metals is preferred.
  • UK Citizenship or Work Permit: UK citizenship or 3 years of the right to work in the UK is required.
