Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, providing tailored assistance and building long-term relationships.
  • Accurately assess the value of gold and precious metals, ensuring customers understand their options.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Implement company policies and maintain high standards of security, appearance, and hygiene.
  • Understand and apply company clerical procedures and service methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native-level Tamil proficiency.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Minimum A-levels in mathematics.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in pawnbroking and precious metals is preferred.
  • UK citizenship or 3 years of the right to work in the UK.
