Compliance Officer

We are working with a leading contractor who specializes in decarbonization and retrofit of tenanted social housing properties across the UK. The company is passionate about lowering fuel poverty for people across the UK.

Due to an increase in workload, they have three vacancies available for Compliance Administrators to join them on a permanent basis. This is a site-based position, and will involve coordinating and organizing all compliance for the site.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance standards are upheld on the construction sites.
  • Taking photographs of work to be completed and in progress within properties and documenting/organizing efficiently
  • Checking relevant paperwork is correct
  • Checking tickets and qualifications for staff
  • Signing people in and out of the setting
  • General administration to support the role

The successful candidate will be well-presented, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. In addition, you must be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.

You must have a good attention to detail alongside excellent IT skills.
