PSR Solutions is collaborating with a prominent Civil Engineering firm, recognized for its excellence in executing high-quality water infrastructure initiatives. We are currently seeking a Lead Electrical Project Engineer, preferably with a background in water infrastructure projects.

The Role of Lead Electrical Project Engineer

This position involves overseeing and managing the MEICA components of various wastewater projects for a major water utility provider.

Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors and designers while contributing to the overall project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints.


As a vital member of the MEICA Team, Project Team, and the broader Framework Team, you will play a crucial role in project success.

In this role, you will also mentor and support other members of the MEICA Team, including Graduates and Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Electrical Project Engineer

- Oversee and assist in the procurement of subcontracts and materials.
- Analyze discipline-specific drawings.
- Provide technical expertise in subcontract and material procurement within your area of specialization.
- Evaluate subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance in their production and installation.
- Develop and manage project schedules.

- Collaborate with the Project Team to create project timelines, prepare short-term schedules for specific tasks, and participate in regular planning sessions.

- Coordinate MEICA activities to facilitate design progress in collaboration with the Design Manager.
