We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical department and drive growth in the South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from initial design to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Department Leadership: Lead and develop the electrical department, ensuring high-quality project delivery and driving growth.
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including design, estimating, and financial oversight.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Estimating: Handle estimating for new projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Manage sub-contractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.
- Travel: Travel as required to project sites across the South West and London.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager, ideally within commercial installations.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical design, estimating, and financial management.
- Management Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of the electrical department.
- Travel: Willingness to travel and work away from home 1-2 days per week.
