Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver governance advisory and managed service client engagements
  • Advise clients on statutory compliance requirements, entity management, and transaction-related matters
  • Onboard new clients in accordance with company policies and processes
  • Participate and lead in day-to-day client meetings/calls
  • Supervise and manage team members
  • Ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of corporate governance/entity management experience within professional services or relevant in-house industries
  • Experience in client-facing positions
  • Line management experience
  • Strong technical company secretarial knowledge and corporate governance experience
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of subsidiary entities
