About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager, focusing on enhancing our operations within the UK Discounter, Wholesaler, and Export sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
You will oversee significant accounts and cultivate trading relationships with both National and Regional Discounters.

Wholesaler and Export Growth:
Manage essential UK wholesalers while expanding our Export operations.

Business Development:
Propel growth in current accounts and identify new listings and distribution channels. This role is tailored for an individual with a 'hunter' mentality—someone who is motivated, persistent, and eager to excel.

Commercial Insight:

Leverage your strong sales and negotiation abilities to craft persuasive proposals, negotiate pricing, and meticulously manage expenditures to optimize ROI and profitability.


Sales Performance Reporting:

Deliver precise and timely sales performance reports, communicating all business opportunities and risks to ensure alignment with financial objectives.


Candidate Profile:
A proven history of developing and expanding business with UK Discounters and wholesalers.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new business, securing listings, and broadening product distribution.
Strong commercial insight, with excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Ability to navigate complexity while showcasing high levels of personal ownership and accountability.
A self-motivated individual with a strong drive, tenacity, resilience, and ambition.
