We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our growing finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present financial commentary and analysis to senior management and the board
- Support the development of the annual budget and business plan
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Director
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills, including Advanced MS Excel and Power BI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
