About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Production Manager to join our Direct to Customer Communications team at Tesco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business to create, build, and deploy email campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of email campaigns across various channels, including Campaigns, GHS, CRM, and Clubcard statement.
- Collaborate with our Data & CRM team to develop and implement customer journey orchestration strategies.
- Drive innovation and data-driven decision making to enhance personalization and customer experience.
- Oversee the development and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring technical excellence and quality.
- Manage a team of Email Marketing Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze email performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
