Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resales and Staircasing Sales Executive to join our Customer Experience team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through the resale and staircasing programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager in delivering the resale and staircasing programme from pre-sale to reservation.
- Ensure sales are progressed in line with current targets while maintaining excellent customer communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including solicitors, brokers, surveyors, developers, and agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the shared ownership resale and staircasing process within a housing or development organization.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Strong drive to hit targets and meet sales performance expectations.
- Organized and able to work in a busy, performance-focused environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to use initiative, manage workload, and work independently with minimal supervision.
