Job Description:Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Joiner to work on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients. As a Joiner, you will play a crucial role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
- Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Social Housing
- Residency in close proximity to our business operations
- NVQ certification is preferable
- Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License
- Strong communication skills
