Job Description:

Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Joiner to work on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients. As a Joiner, you will play a crucial role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
  • Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Social Housing
  • Residency in close proximity to our business operations
  • NVQ certification is preferable
  • Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License
  • Strong communication skills
