The strength of our organisation lies in the quality of the people we work with. Repair/ renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/ fit soffits fascia and barge boards
T and G or sheet flooring
Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
Repair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windows
Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames
Deglaze/ reglaze timber fencing and gates
Experience of working as a Joiner with any experience gained within a social housing environment would be advantageous. Competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments. A background of general joinery and carpentry work and be able to work in confined spaces. A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
