Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Lead to join our Sales team in the North East region. As a Technical Sales Lead, you will work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service experiences, identifying opportunities to improve packaging costs, reduce damages, and enhance packing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD design or corrugated design and a passion for delivering complete packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the external sales team by offering alternative packaging solutions to improve costs, reduce damages, and speed up packing operations.
  • Pack testing and trialling solutions to ensure benefits are delivered.
  • Report on all projects at the RDC Sales Meeting.
  • Develop new business with large industrial users of packaging.
  • Drive sales and hit individual new business targets.
