Welcome Break is seeking a talented and ambitious Store Manager to lead our team and drive profitable sales growth at our Newark Services location.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for heading up your own unit, leading the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a good track record of managing a team and delivering results in a fast-moving customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
