About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will lead and manage a newly formed team of lead generation insurance sales consultants. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this team, providing the necessary guidance, support, and training to ensure they excel in their roles.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sales performance, maintaining high compliance standards, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Coaching and Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Data Management: Oversee the timely entry of lead information into the CRM system; analyse data performance to identify trends and provide insights for future strategy.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing actions as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals.

About You:

  • At least 12 months+ experience in leading a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities (experience in insurance is desirable).
  • Enjoy building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, skilled at establishing and nurturing relationships with individuals from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.
  • Initiative and a desire to learn & develop, continuously seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and acquire new skills.
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality results even in demanding and fast-paced environments.
