Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage a portfolio of clients to help them achieve their buyout and winding-up objectives.
  • Develop and prepare project plans, including input into setting budgets.
  • Support the development of more junior colleagues.
  • Work on a wide range of clients at various stages of the buy-in journey, including post-transaction buyout and wind-up phases.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of day-to-day and strategic consulting advice.

Requirements:

  • Background in risk transfer, bulk annuity broking, and pension scheme wind-ups.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a proven track record of client exposure.
  • Strong sense of team working and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
