Job Summary

The Transfer Pricing Manager is a key role within Lonza, responsible for ensuring the company's transfer pricing compliance requirements are met across the globe. This involves preparing high-quality documentation within specified timeframes and at an efficient cost level. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of transfer pricing rules and experience in TP documentation projects with a global scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for the Lonza Group worldwide.
  • Collaborate with the strategic TP team to ensure documentation reflects the group's policy and mitigates potential litigation risks.
  • Work with the Operational TP team to improve data collection processes and ensure coherence between implementation and documentation.
  • Communicate complex transfer pricing concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage external support services in line with available resources and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Finance.
  • Solid experience in TP documentation projects with a global scope.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to think independently and solve problems.
