About the Role:

GLL is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Robinson Pools and Fitness in Bedford. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective fitness classes that meet the needs of our members
  • Consistently perform high-quality classes that are fun, enthusiastic, and motivating
  • Adapt and progress classes to meet the needs of members of all ages and fitness levels
  • Inspire members through class delivery and transfer energy and motivation
  • Ensure all member expectations are exceeded

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor qualification, as well as a Les Mills Combat qualification
  • Strong communication skills
  • A real focus on customer service
  • Commitment and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of health and safety
  • Ability to work as part of a team
